This recipe has been a part of Gin’s family gatherings for years.  Its very versatile and you can change it up by using different meats and spices.  Here is the basic, yummy, recipe!

  • 1 - 8 oz pkg of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 - small package of Buddig Corn Beef, diced into small pieces
  • green onions, chopped fine (to taste)
  • garlic, minced if fresh (to taste)

Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl until well combined.

Shape into a ball and place onto a serving plate or bowl.

Chill for an hour or so to let the flavors meld.

Serve with your favorite crackers.
